Ordering Information    Most items can be ordered blank, without anything on them other than the design of your choice. Or, you can have them personalized for NO additional fee. Decide what your want printed on them, and choose from several fun and creative fonts. (See Fonts page.) Most orders can be shipped out within 1-3 business days. (See Shipping page.)   INVITATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: Order your invitations or announcements blank and print them yourself, or have them personalized by Swell Printing at no extra charge. You can choose from several fun and creative fonts. (See Fonts page.) Proofs are available upon request for no additional charge. I recommend that you request a proof. (See Proofs page.) Most custom orders of invitations or announcements can be shipped out within 1-3 business days AFTER you have submitted your approval of the proof and answered any additional questions I may send you.   CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS I process all of my orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, I may not be able to cancel your order if change your mind after placing your order. If you have questions about returning items, please contact me for further instructions. Blank or non-personalized items: If the printing process has NOT been initiated for your order, I can cancel an order without any problem. If the printing process HAS been initiated and/or shipped, you can return the item within 20 days from date of shipment for a refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Shipping costs for returning the item(s) are paid by the customer. Personalized /customized orders: If the proof stage has been initiated but printing has not started, a refund will be given, minus a $10.00 setup fee. If the order has been approved and printed, a refund will NOT be granted. I recommend that you ask for a proof with all your invitations and announcements. If no proof is requested, then all orders are considered approved when submitted and therefore no refund will be granted once printing has been initiated. (See Proofs page.)   PAYMENT INFORMATION: Swell Printing accepts payments and credit card payments via PayPal. I will also accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. All checks and money orders should be made payable to “Swell Printing” and mailed to: Swell Printing 4276 Pitchers Lane Brenham TX 77833 If you are paying with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order, your order will not be processed until AFTER your check has been cleared for payment by your bank.
